LIVE, WORK AND PLAY
HUNTINGTON BEACH has the reputation for being the ideal Orange County destination to live, work and play. Also called "Surf City USA", it has the all the characteristics one would expect from a premier Southern California location, including ideal weather, a diversified economy teeming with good jobs, a wide variety of housing, an excellent educational system, boat marinas, lots of parks, and exceptional health care. It is the third largest city in Orange County and ranked one of the ten safest cities in the nation.
THE STRAND is a new three acre mixed use development serving the downtown area of Huntington Beach. The location overlooks the famous Huntington Beach pier and the Pacific Ocean and is set to become the new focus for the city’s beach community.
Developed on two prime blocks fronting Pacific Coast Highway, Walnut, Sixth and Fifth street, it is located just north of Main Street, the existing hub for dining, shopping and browsing. The project includes four distinct buildings linked by open-air pedestrian walkways lined with outdoor shopping and dining destinations and contains a 470 space subterranean parking structure. The Strand location boasts immediate access from Pacific Coast Highway and San Diego (405) Freeway via major arterials including Beach Boulevard or Golden West Street.
