The STRAND contains a total of 482,000 sf. comprising of 69,000 sf. of retail.

• Fifth street has been redesigned as a new pedestrian friendly shopping, dining and browsing street with benches, and public art.
• The Strand will offer restaurants from sidewalk eateries to fine dining overlooking the Pacific Ocean, complimenting the existing Main Street eateries.
• The retail tenants will include both national tenants and well as some community oriented beach type uses.
• The new open-air pedestrian promenade features retail amenities on-site, including, Forever 21/Forever Love, CVS Pharmacy, Active Ride Shop, Johnny Rockets, Ra Sushi, Merrilee’s Swimwear, New Zealand Natural Ice
  Cream, and others.
